中文摘要 | 本文乃探討自二仁溪流域分離出之耐污性優勢種綠藻─小球藻,於含不同濃度之重金屬離子銅、鋅、鎘、鉻、鉛、鎳之培養液中之耐性以及附著性優勢族群 I (含矽藻綱之Cymbella affinis及綠藻綱之小球藻和Chlamydomonas sp. 和附著性優勢族群 II (含藍綠藻網之Oscillatoria Chalybea 和 O. irrigua 及矽藻綱之 Nitzschia palea 以及綠藻綱之小球藻) 等對不同濃度之重金屬離子銅、鋅之耐性。結果發現(一) 六種重金屬中以銅離子對小球藻生長之影響較明顯,且在MBL(I) 培養液中,其 IC₅₀ 值為1.85 mg/L 銅離子濃度,而在MBL(II) 培養液中,只需添加0.36mg/L 之銅離子濃度,即可達到相同效果, (二) 附著性優勢族群 I 亦對銅離子之濃度較敏感,在BGII (IV) 培養液中,其細胞分裂速率之 IC₅₀ 值為0.51mg/L 銅離子濃度,(三) 附著性優勢族群 II ,亦對銅離子較敏感,在BGII (IV)培養液中,其細胞分裂速率之 IC₅₀ 值為0.08 mg/L 銅離子濃度。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this investigation is to explore the pollution-tolerant characteristics of a dominant green algae (Chlorella vulgaris) and dominant benthic community I and community II. The composition of the culture medium and its effects on (1) the toxicity of ionic copper, zinc, cadmium, chromium, lead and nickel to the green algae Chlorella vulgaris and (2) the toxicity of copper and zinc to the dominant benthic community I: Cymbella affinis, Chlorella vulgaris, Chlamydomonas sp., and to dominant benthic community II: Oscillatoria chalybea, Oscillatoria irrigua, Nitzschia palea, Chlorella vulgaris, were studied. The IC₅₀ of copper ion in cell division rate of Chlorella vulgaris, increased from 0.36 mg/L in MBL(II) medium to 1.85mg/L in MBL(I) medium. The toxicity of the other five metal ions to algae was not obvious. Similarly, the IC₅₀ of copper ion in cell division rate of the dominant benthic community I was 0.51 mg/L in BGII (IV) medium. However, the IC₅₀ of copper ion in cell division rate of the dominant benthic community II was only 0.08 mg/L in BGII (IV) medium. |
