中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討悄少年男田徑選手慣用腿 (一)股四頭肌等速向心最大力矩及相對最大力矩(最大力矩╱體重)與耐力比的關係。 (二)腿後肌等速向心最大力矩及相對最大力矩與衖力比的關係。受試對象為全國青少年 優秀男田徑選手,共39名自願者參與本實驗,平均年齡17.6±1.5歲,身高173.6±5.9公分, 體重73.1±16.0公斤。以Cybex6000等速允力測量儀測驗慣用腿膝關節等速向心最大力矩及衖 力比。最大力矩為股四頭肌╱腿後肌以向心╱向心的方式在180度╱秒轉速遲續4次最大反 覆,耐力比以300度╱秒轉速連續30次最大反覆。轉速間休息90秒,每麵轉速在測驗前先 練習三次非最大努力及一次最的努力後,再正式測驗。所得資料以皮爾遜積差相關法褣行分 析,結果發現: (一)股四頭肌等速向心最大力矩與耐力比呈顯著負相關(r=-.38, P<.05) (二)腿後肌等速向心最大力矩與耐力比呈顯著負相關(r=-.32, P<.05) (三)股四頭肌及腿後肌的相對最大力矩均與耐力比沒有顯著相關。 由此顯現出體重愈動,最大力矩愈高,耐力比則愈低。如果降經體重或加強肌力將可提 昇相對最大力矩的比值,對肌耐力應有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship between concentric isokinetic peak torque, endurance ratio of quadriceps and hamstring muscle groups. Thirty-nine elite adolescrent male track and field athletes voluntarity served as the subjects of this study. Their age (M±S.D.) height and weight were 17.6 ± 1.5yrs, 173.6 ± 5. 9cm, 73.1 ± 16.0 kg respectively, peak torques of bilateral muscle actions were recorded at constant angular at constant angular velocities of 180°/sec, and endurance ratio was assessed by 30 consecutive contractions at 300°/sec on the cybex 6000 isokinetic dynamometer. The findings appeared below: (1) The relationship between peak torque and endurance ratio of quadriceps was significant negative correlation (r =-.38, p<0.05) (2) The relationship between peak torque and endurance ration of hamstring was significant negative correlation (r =-.32, p<0.05) (3) The relationship of quadriceps and hamstring between relative peak torque (peak torque/body weight) and endurance ratio was not correlated. |
