中文摘要 | 本文報導外米綴蛾雌、雄個體間發育速率之差異,並以兩性生命表分析 模擬各發育期之族群生長,以供大量繁殖之參考。外米綴蛾幼蟲以碎粒糙米飼養 於30±1℃,70±5RH,12D:12L之生長箱中,卵期平均2.9日;雄性幼蟲期21~37日,平 均26.8日;雌者24~35日,平均27.2日;雄性蛹期4~12日,平均6.8日;雌者7~12日,平 均9.5日。雄蛾壽命6~18日,平均13.2日;雌蛾5~13日,平均8.2日。以同日齡之卵開 始飼育,在生活史中,相鄰兩個發育期有重疊現象。族群中雌、雄性比例為1:1。 多數成蟲羽化當日即可交尾、產卵。每隻雌蛾一生平均產卵462.1粒。產卵期3~10 日,平均6.6日。一般在開始產卵之2日內累積產卵數為總產卵數之60,至第4日累 積達90。本試驗之族群產卵期達18日。由兩性生命表得知外米綴蛾之族群淨生殖 率181.8,內在增殖率0.1250,終極瞬間增殖率1.1332,平均世代時間41.6日。當族 群達到穩定年齡分布時,含卵、幼蟲及蛹等未成熟之個體達99,顯示外米綴蛾具 有高度繁殖潛能。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presented the life history, developmental variation between the two sexes and among individuals, and population growthof the rice moth, Corcyra cephalonica (Stainton). The larvae werereared on crushed brown rice and held in growth chambers at 30±1℃ and 70 rh, with a 12L: 12D photoperidism. The developmentalperiod of the moth was 2.9 days for eggs; 21-37 days, 26.8 days inaverage for male larvae; and 24-35 days, 27.4 days in average forfemale larvae; 4-12 days, 6.8 days in average for male pupae; and 7-12days, 9.5 days in average for female pupae. The longevity of the malemoth was 6-18 days, averagely 13.2 days; and that of the female, 5-13days and 8.2 days respectively. The ratio of female to male was at 1:1in the population. The intrinsic rate of increase (r), net reproductiverate (Rg) and finite rate of increase (A. ) were 0.1250, 181.8, and 1.1332,respectively. The mean time for completing a generation was 41.6days. When at stable-age distribution it was estimated that thepopulation contained 99 immature stages, indicating the moth wasprovided with high reproductive potential. |
