中文摘要 | 手工具向來即為我國出口之大宗,其中電動手工具更是被譽為明日之星。民國82 年筆者透過工業局「全國提昇工業設計能力計劃」參與手工具業設計輔導案,發現國內業界 僅依據國外競爭類商品模仿改形而已,鮮少從人機界面上去探討設計問題,形成產業自主性 研發上一直無法突破的瓶頸。 同年筆者於國科會應用性專題研究案(NSC83-0117-C131-006E)中,透過人機界面單獨 以DIY充電式電動手工具做出設計探討,發現確實能在操作性能與創新樣式上有所進展。惟 電動手工具之構成要件繁多,諸如傳動機構、手握工具之人因設計、材質與技術資訊、市場 情報、輸歐機械CE標誌、和設計創意的展開及整合等領域,本次研究擬針對一般電動手工具 ,在面對不同設計條件限制下,如何依循可行的一套設計發展程序,快速而有效地透過各個 階段的評估或檢測,選取最佳的產品樣式,並希望經由系列的實作完成一項電動手工具的示 範設計。 本研究發現電動手工具的設計必需經由人機界面的探討來切入主題,才能符合設計方針 與功能標的;設計構想的展開也必需借重簡易的實驗測試,以達成印證與修正的結果;為實 現工具機的效率適量的輔助把手與正確的操作姿勢,能提昇工作效能;設計的全程要實施整 合性產品開發程序,確保每個設計環節均有慎密合理的考量。 本項研究期望能夠提供我國手工具產業,在面對其產品研發過程中擁有更多的自信心, 爭取更為有利的生存空間,並提供設計與學術界再研究時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Hand tools have been one of the major export items for R.O.C. during the past few years. Espccially, powered tools have been considered as the "star for the future". In 1993 the Author participated the Industrial Design Upgrading Plan and hand tools manufacturers design inprovement project. It was found that many manufacturers eventually only modified the most popular products in the foreign markets and very few markets made an effort on the product design from man/machine interface perpestive. Eventually, there is no real product design but product modification in Taiwan. Therefore, a bottleneck was developed and no real break thought was seen in the hand tools trade. In 1993 the author also conducted a research project (NSC83-0117-c131-006E) in the subject of using man/machine interface and DIY cordless tools for industrial design. Based on this research, the author was able to make a great improvement in operational functions and innovative design. However, there are many elements to be considered for hand tools design. Just to mentioned a few. such as transportation structure, hand-held tools human factors design, material and technicial information, market information, export to Europe machine CE mark as well as the expansion and integartion of design ideas. The reserach project covers the subject of how to follow the feasible design procedure under different limitations with effective cvaluation and tests in different design stages to select th best product style. With a series experiment to develop a powered tools design model for demonstration purpose. The author was also expect to enhance the designer's confidence in the process of reserach and development for product design as well as obtain a more favorable condition for business development. Farthermost, this reserach project should provide a valuable reference for industrial designers and academic circles. |
