中文摘要 | 實驗中選擇高楊氏係數及高硬度的二硼化鈦(TiB��)作為強化材料,並針 對不同顆粒大小及添加量的TiB�砥A研究其對於氮化矽陶瓷破壞性質的影響。裂 縫在此複合材料的進行路徑將以SEM和光學顯微鏡作實際的觀察。各種可能的韌 化機構將予以討論並與觀察和測試結果比較。TiB�祟MSi�衹�略雁捷〞獐鶺酗O及 可能的化學反應對於其機械性質的影響也將予以探討。 |
英文摘要 | Various amounts of TiB�� with different sizes were added into Si�衹�� matrix and they were sin teredat 1750℃ in N�� gas. The effects of TiB�� on fracture toughness and physical properties were studied. Optical microscopy and SEM were used to examine the propagating behaviors of cracks which were introduced by a diamond-tip indent or and possible toughening mechanisms will also be proposed. |
