中文摘要 | 企業電子化目前已經成為企業競爭的主要方式,而資訊系統的應用也儼然成為企業必備的競爭武器。然而,資訊系統對企業而言仍屬一項昂貴的資源,因此企業在進行資訊科技投資後,必然會對資訊系統功能績效加以衡量,藉以評估投資效益,所以資訊系統功能績效的評估一向便是學術界與實務界關心的重要課題。本研究之研究目的主要在於探討資訊系統功能績效的測量,同時以決策支援、工作整合、顧客服務三構面來分析員工在資訊系統上的使用模式,藉以瞭解員工在工作中應用那些資訊系統功能。研究結果發現不同層級使用者在資訊系統功能應用有顯著差異,在決策合理化的功能應用裡中階主管的應用顯著高於一般人員的應用程度。整體而言,各層級人員對於水平整合的功能應用程度較為平均,至於一般人員在各項功能的應用程度較其他三個主管層級的應用程度低。再者,本研究將資訊系統功能使用者區分為四個集群,且在四個集群對於資訊系統功能的應用,在使用者不同的教育程度別及年齡別上有顯著差異。在此,本研究期望能夠提供企業在進行資訊系統功能績效評估時,有具體的評估方式,同時更可依其因果關係做為改進的依據,使企業能充分利用本身所具有之資源,進一步達到持續的競爭優勢。 |
英文摘要 | E-business application has become a major competi tive way among enterises. Thus, information system has alreadybeen essential strategic weapon for enterpaper. Due to information system is an expensive resource for enterprises, most of enterprises try to measure their information system function performance (ISFP) in order to evaluate the investment benefits. That's the reason why the assessment of ISFP always is an important topic in IS field. This paper focuses on developing and applying a measurement model of ISFP, and the research finding indicates that there are significant difference exist on differ entlevel of information systems user group. First, we find that middle level manager's information systems application significant higher than operationallevel employee in the area of decision-making. Second, it's equivalent to for alllevel of user group in horizontal integrated function application. Third, operationallevel employee is lower then the other three level employees in all function application area. Moreover,this paper divide ISF user into four groups. There is significant difference among userstudycation and age in four different ISF application groups. In this paper we propose a measurement model for enter prises to evaluate its ISFP. In the meantime, we hope to help enterprises use resources adequately in accordance with their ability, and further to get the sustainable competitive advantage. |
