中文摘要 | 本文的目的在提出一種PID(比例一積分一微分)控制器自動調整法,此法分為粗調和微調兩部分:系統增益值之粗調部份乃依據Ziegler-Nichols法則,由繼電器回授系統響應求得。微調部份則由專家系統來完成,其中所應用的專家系統乃為一圓形識別法,其調整方法乃綜合PID對步階響應影響的知識和工業界調整PID控制器的經驗所整理而得的法則。所提的方法不需對系統參數有詳細的了解, 且因運算簡單,故可用簡單之微處理機來實現。將此方法應用於直流馬達位置伺服控制系統之設計,實驗結果顯示系統會自動尋找符合響應所需求之PID值。一般而言,只要自動微調當中無振說象產生之系統,皆可使用本15法設計符合響應需求之PID控制器,故可用於取代或輔助人工調整法來提高調整效率。 |
英文摘要 | A tuning rule which can tune PID controller automatically is presented. This rule includes two parts: rough tuning and fine tuning. Rough tuning is based on Ziegler-Nichols rule and the required parameters are got from the response of relay feedback system. Fine tuning is done through an expert system, which is a pattern recognition approach, combining industrial tuning experience and the knowledge of the effect of PID conller on system's step response. The detailed model of the controlled system is not required by using this methed, and it can be implemented by as imple microprocessor since only simple calculation is involved. The proposed methed is applied to the controller design of a DC motor position sero system. Experimental results show that the PID gains can be tuned automatically to meet some prescribed performance. In general, this method can be used to design a proper PID controller for any system to meet some prescribed performance as long as there is no oscillation occurred during the fine tuning parts; therefore, this method can be used to replace or assist manual tuning to improve efficiency. |
