中文摘要 | 本試驗為探討穀粒比重在品種、期作、穗內的變異以及穀粒比重與米質 理化性質的關係。乃分別利用二個梗稻品種,台中189號、台南9號和二個秈稻品 種,台中秈17號、台農秈14號來調查穀粒比重之最適樣本數,進而據此調查256 個梗稻品種在種源品種間的變異,以及穀粒比重與米質化學性狀之關係。另外利 用越光、台農70號二個良質米品種,調查穀粒比重在穗內和期作間的差異。結果 摘要如下: 1. 穀粒的比重不因樣品粒數的增加而有顯著的變異,但其變異係數則隨之減小,並 逐漸趨於一穩定值。因此,建議在調查品種之穀粒比重時,不論梗稻或秈稻, 其最適樣本數為200-400粒,而合理的重複次數為2-3個重複。 2. 供試的256個梗稻品種間的穀粒比重有顯著的差異存在,顯示此性狀為遺傳特 性。且在期作間有顯著差異。品種間穀粒比重在一期作時與千粒重、直鏈澱粉 含量和膠體軟硬度呈顯著正相關;在二期作時與千粒重、膠體軟硬度成顯著正相 關,而與直鏈澱粉含量、鹼性擴散程度呈顯著負相關。 3. 穗內不同位置穀粒比重,有愈近分枝末端的穀粒,其比重愈大之趨勢。一穗中 上部分枝之穀粒,以中等比重(1.16<比重<1.18)以上之穀粒所佔比例較高。而整 株穀粒之整齊均一度以越光及一期作較整齊。 |
英文摘要 | In this studies, the reasonable sample size of grain specific gravity of rice variety wasestablished and the variation oF varieties, crop season, and within panicle in specific gravitywere identified. The correlation between specific gravity and other chemical properties of ricegrains were also studied. The main result were surnmarixed as follows: 1. Based on the results of investigation, the grain specific gravities of varieties, whetherJapnica or Indica type. the necessary sample size needed 200-400 grains with 2-3 replications.The grain specific gravity showed significant differences at crop seasons and among 256varieties. And this character was genetic property. 2. A Simallar tendency appeared in specific gravity of grain at different position withinpanicle, it has high specific gravity of grain in case the grain apporaching lo the terminal ofpanicle. It also showed grain specific gravity of Koshihikari and first season were more uniformthan the Tainung 70 and second season. 3. At first crop season, the grain specific gravity was positively correlated with 1000- grainweight, amylose content, and gel consistency among varieties. At second crop season, the grainspecific gravity was also positively correlated with 1000-grain weight and gel consistency,however, negetively correlated with amylose content and alkali spreading score among varieties. |
