中文摘要 | 本試驗以氯四環素及經四環素分別口服及藥浴於耳目魚,然後以生物檢定法檢測魚肉中之藥物殘留及停藥期。檢測試驗菌種為Bacillus cereus var. mycoides A TCC 11778 。依設定之分析方法,其結果如下:藥物標準品分析靈敏度CTC為0.01ppm, OTC為0.06ppm;虱目魚肉中殘留量分析靈敏度CTC為0.05ppm,OTC為0.3ppm 。耳目魚、用CTC分別以50mg / kg body weigth/daily強迫口服連續3天及50ppm藥浴連續3 天,停藥後分別於第6 天及11天測不出殘留(即低於0.05ppm);OTC分別以50mg / kg body weight/daily強迫口服連續3 天及100ppm藥浴連續2 天,停藥後分別於第2 及5 天測不出殘留(即低於0.3ppm)。 |
英文摘要 | Chlortetracycline (CTC) and oxytetracycline (OTC) were given by oral and bathing to milkfish, and residual level and withdrawal time were determined by bioassay with Bacillus cereus var. mycoides ATCC 11778. The results showed that the analysis sensitivities of CTC and OTC were 0.01 and 0.06 ppm respectively. In milkfish flesh, whereas, the detection limits of CTC and OTC were 0.05 and 0.3 ppm respectively. CTC was given either orally to milkfish at 50 mg/kg body weight /daily or by bathing at 50 ppm both for 3 consecutive days. No CTC (below 0.05 ppm) was detected in milkfish flesh on 6th and 11th day after withdrawing the drug from oral and bathing treatments respectively. On the other hand, OTC was also given orally at 50 mg/kg body weight /daily for 3 consecutive days or by bathing at 100 ppm for 2 consecutive days. No OTC (below 0.3 ppm) was detected in flesh on 2nd and 5th day after termination of the drug treatments from oral and bathing routes to milkfish respectively. |
