中文摘要 | 根據美國標準協會ASAC42.10定義:電容式電動機乃是主繞組與電源直接連接以及輔助繞組與電容串聯連接的單相感應電動機。其有三種型式定義如下: 1. 電容起動電動機乃電容相僅在起動期間參與送電。 2. 永久分相電容電動機則在起動與運轉情況下有相同的電容值。 3. 雙值電容電動機為在起動與運轉中使用不同的有效電容值。 各種單相電容式電動機雖廣泛地應用於家電與工業上,然而產、學界並無較一般化之「各種單相電容式電動機之設計」軟體。本論文研究之目的有三:1. 提供各工業專科學校電機科─電機機械設計─課程之教學軟體。2. 提供國內感應電動機製造工廠一套既有效又實用的「各種單相電容式電動機之計算機輔助設計」軟體,作為提升電動機設計與製造技術之參考。3. 提升教師之教學與實務能力,改善教學與增進技術。 本文旨在探討前述各種單相電容式電動機穩態之運轉特性與起動特生的設計值與實測值之差異。實驗顯示:設計值與實測值之誤差均在5%以內,證明本文所提之設計公式準確度相當良好。 |
英文摘要 | According to the American Standards Association ASA C42.1 0 definition: A capacitor motor is a single-phase (1Φ) induction motor (IM) with a main winding arranged for direct connection to a source of power and an auxiliary winding connected in series with a capacitor. There are three types of capacitor motors defined as follows: 1. A capacitor-start motor is a capacitor motor in which the capacitor phase in the circuit only during the starting period. 2. A permanent-split capacitor motor is a capacitor motor having the same value of capacitance for both starting and running conditions. 3. A two-value capacitor motor is a capacitor motor with different values of effective capacitance for the starting and running connections. Although various 1Φ capacitor motors are widely utilized in residence and industry an efficient design software for various 1Φ capacitor motors is not available. The objectives of this paper are as follows: 1. provide a computer-aided instruction software for the course “Design of Electrical Apparatus”. 2. offer a design tool for the maker of various 1Φ capacitor IMs to speed up their design process. 3. develop a systematic design approach to enhance teachers' instructional and practical capabilities. This paper aims mainly at investigating the differences between designed va1ues and measured va1ues of various 1Φ capacitor IMs in the steady-state while running and starting. Experimental results indicate that the errors are all within 5%. It shows that the accuracy of the proposed formulas is very good. |
