中文摘要 | 本試驗以找四律環素(Chlortertracycline;CTC)及羥四環素 (Oxytetracycline;OTC)藥浴於吳郭魚,然後以生物檢定法檢測魚肉中之殘留及停藥 期。檢測試驗菌種為Bacillus cereus var. mycoidedATCC 11778。依設定之分析方法, 其結果如下:藥物標準品分析靈敏度CTC為0.O1ppm,.OTC為0.06ppm;吳郭魚肉中殘 留且分析靈敏度CTC為0.05ppm, OTC為0.3ppm。CTC以50ppm藥浴5天,停藥後第7 天測不出殘留(即低於0.05ppm);OTC以100ppm藥浴2天,停藥後第8天測不到殘留 (即低於0.3ppm)。 |
英文摘要 | Chlortetracydme (CTC) and Oxytetracycime (OTC) were given by bathing to tilapia, andresidual level and withdrawal time were determined by bioassay with Bacillus cereus var. mycoidesATCC 11778. The resalts showed that the analysis sensitivities of CTC and OTC were 0.01 and0.06ppm respectively. In tilapia meat, whereas, the detection limits of CTC and OTC were 0.05and 0.3ppm respectively. CTC was given by bathing at 50ppm for 5 consecutive days. No CTC (below 0.05ppm) wasfound in tilapia meat on 7th day after withdrawing the drug. On the other hand, OTC was givenalso by bathing at lOOppm for 2 consecutive days. No OTC (below 0.3ppm) was detected on 8thday after withdrawing the drug. |
