中文摘要 | 含硫之鎳催化劑Nysel SP7氫化米油,探討米油氫化時,操作因子(自變 因子)如反應溫度、氫氣壓力、催化劑濃度以及氫氣用量(以終點碘價表示),對於 氫化之反應速率、雙鍵選擇性以及氫化米油之反式異構物含量等依變因子的影 響。運用SAS套裝程式迴歸出六組經驗多項式來加以討論。於反應溫度、氫氣 壓力、催化劑濃度以及氫氣用量四個自變因子所設定的範圍中,影響反應速率、 雙鍵選擇性、反式異構物含量的最大因子皆為氫氣用量。當氫氣用量固定為 30.2L/kg oi(碘價平均值為66.7±0.4)時,影響反應速率最大的因子為催化劑濃度, 其次為反應溫度及氫氣壓力;影響雙鍵選擇性的最大因子為反應溫度,其次為氫 氣壓力;不同操作條件對反式異構物含量所造成的差異不大。 |
英文摘要 | Rice bran oil was hydrogenated with sulfur promoted nickel catalyst ( Nysel SP7 ) to investigate the effects of operating variables ( independent variables ) such as temperature, hydrogen pressure, catalyst concentration, and hydrogen consumption ( expressed as end point iodine value of hydrogenated oil ), on the properties of the reaction ( dependent variables ) such as hydrogenation rate, diene selectivity and the properties of the hydrogenated rice bran oil such astrans isomers content. A response surface methodology was employedto generated the empirical hydrogenation models from statisticallydesigned laboratory experiments. Six sets of polynomial equations werederived for these models. Among the four operating variables, such as temperature,hydrogen pressure, catalyst concentration and hydrogen consumption,experimented in the range designed in the present investigtion, theamount of hydrogen constimmed was found to be the most importantfactor in determining hydrogenation rate, diene selectivity and transisomers content. WHen the amount of hydrogen consumption was fixed at 30.2 L/kgoil ( average IV =66.7 ± 0.4 ) > catalyst concentration was found to bethe most important factor affecting the hydrogenation rate, followed bytemperature and hydrogen pressure. The diene selectivity was found tobe influenced most by temperature, followed by hydrogen pressure. None of the four operating variables had significant influence on transisomers content. |
