中文摘要 | 本文設計與製作靜態虛功率補償器 (static Var compensator簡稱SVC,以 改善同步發電機阻尼特性。SVC安裝在發電機輸出匯流排端,利用發電機轉速差 △w變化,經由數位化控制器控制電感器閘流體導通角,以控制虛功率輸出。此 方法使用一片微處理機板 (M68HC11)來合成一比率/積分(PI)控制器,達到數位化 控制目的。SVC加上PI控制器可以增進同步發電機之阻尼性能,抑制發電機轉 子受負載擾動所引起的振盪。將系統動態行為周一組微分方程描述,再經線性化 後於頻域分析其特徵值 (eigenvalue),然後採用"極點指定法"(pole assignment method)求得適當PI控制器參數值,將所設計出來控制器參數值代入時域模擬程 式及實測中,檢查系統遭遇負載擾動時,發電機轉速變化情形,以觀察SVC對 系統特性之影響。由模擬及實測結果顯示,SVC的確可以明顯改善發電機阻尼特 性,對平緩端電壓變化亦有良好的表現。 |
英文摘要 | A static reactive power (VAr) compensator (SVC), constructed byfixed capadtors (FC) and thyristor controlled reactors (TCRs), is designedand implemented to improve the damping of the synchronous generator. Adigital proportional-integral (PI) controller is synthesized by the MotorolaM68HCII single chip microprocessor board to modify the reactive powercompensation of the SVC from adjusting the conduction angle of thethyristors. The SVC is placed at the generator bus terminal with the speeddeviation (△w) as the feedback signal for the PI Controller. The poleassignment method is used to determine the gains of the PI controller.Results from digital simulation and implementation test show that the SVCwith the PI controller can greatly enhance the damping of the systemoscillation caused by disturbances. Although the PI controller is designed at a special operation point, it can also provide good damping effect at other operation conditions. The voltage profile of the generator is also improved by the SVC. |
