中文摘要 | 本文探討單螺桿擠壓加工程序的理論模擬及分析,並與實驗結果互相比 較。以指數定律表示聚合物融體的組成方程式,熔化段採用Tadmor模型,而融體 輸送段則分等溫與絕熱兩種假設討論。結果顯示:流量預測比實驗值稍大,壓力 預測比實驗值稍低;螺桿轉速對流量的影響也加以討論。 |
英文摘要 | A theoretical simulation and analysis for the extrusion process with single screw was carried out andcompared with experimental data in this work. Power law was used as the constitutive equation for polymermelt. The melting mechanism for polymers in extruder was made according to Tadmor model. The flow behaviorof polymer melt in extruder was simulated for both isothermal and adiabatic conditions respectively. The resultsshowed that: The predicted flow rate was slightly higher than the experimental data, but the predicted pressurewas slightly lower. The effect of screw speed on the flow rate was also discussed. |
