中文摘要 | 本文在建立一套自助化真空安定性試驗設備,藉壓力傳動器和個人電 腦記錄全程之壓力數據,以取代傳統水銀式真空安定性試驗設備。本研究共進行 十種試樣之真空安定性試驗,結果發現傳統方法和改良式結果方法測試大多非常 相近。而改良式設備不僅操作容易,操作範圍較廣,且可記錄全程之壓力變化, 有助於瞭解測試物質的熱分解特性。 |
英文摘要 | An automated vacuum stability testing apparatus has been developed successfully. The pressurechange of the testing system during the period of experiment is continuously recorded by a pressuretransducer and a personal computer. By examination of Five explosives and five explosive mixtures, theconventional mercury-filled vacuum stability test apparatus can be replaced by the developed one. Themodified apparatus has several advantages such as convenient operation, wider testing scope, and recordedhistory of pressure which is helpful to understand the thermal decomposition characteristics of explosives. |
