中文摘要 | 本試驗以氯四環素(Chlortetracycline;CTC)及羥四環素(Oxytetracycline ;OTC)分別口服及藥浴於鱸魚,然後以生物檢定法檢測魚肉中之殘留及停藥期。檢測試驗 菌種為Bacillus cereus var mycoides ATCC 11778。依設定之分析方法,其結果如下:藥 物標準品分析靈敏度CTC為O.Olppm,OTC為O.06ppm;鱸魚肉中殘留量分析靈敏度CTC為 O.O5ppm,OTC為0.3ppm。鱸魚用CTC分別以5Omg/Kg B﹒W. /daily強迫口服連續3天及 5Oppm藥浴連續3天,停藥後分別於第12及10天測不出殘留(即低於0.025ppm);;OTC分別 以50mg/Kg B.W./daily強迫口服連續3天及1OOppm藥浴連續3天,停藥後分別於第13及10天 測不出殘留(即低於0.2ppm)。 |
英文摘要 | Chlortetracyeline (CTC) and Oxytetracycline (OTC) were given by oral and bathing to bass, and residual level and withdrawal time were determined by bioassay with Bacillus cereus var. mycoides ATCC 11778. The results showed that the analysis sensitivities of CTC and OTC were 0.01 and 0.06ppm respectively. In bass meat, whereas, the detection limits of CTC and OTC were 0.05 and 0.3 ppm respectively. CTC was given orally to bass at 50 mg/Kg B.W./daily and the other by bathing at 50 ppm both for 3 consecutive days. NO CTC (below 0.025ppm) was found in bass meat on 12th and 10th day after withdrawing the drug from oral and bathing administrations respectively. On the other hand, OTC was also given orally at 50 mg/kg B.W./daily for 3 consecutive days and the other by bathing at 100ppm for 3 consecutive days. No OTC (below 0.2pppm)was detected in meat on 13th and 10th day after withdrawing the drug from oral and bathing routes to bass respectively. |
