中文摘要 | 殘留應力是機件破壞中最常見之現象,而非均勻應力場是描述此應力 場的一般模式。傳統中,習慣以三支腳的應變規組來量測均勻應力場系統。在處 理系統為非均勻應力場下,一般而言須改用五支腳的應變規組其量測值始為正 確。唯目前工程用應變規組僅有三支腳的傳統應變規規格,是否可用此種應變規 來量測非均勻應力場中重要物理參數,如主應力均值,主軸角度等,就是非常重 要的問題。文中以kabir模式配合電腦模擬分析,可提供這些重要物理參數之量 測意義。模擬結果得知雙主應力均值差百分比小於2,主應力軸角度差不超過1 度。 |
英文摘要 | The most commonly phenomenon of destruction is residual stresses. However, The general model to describe stresses field is nonuniform stressesfield. On traditional, We usually used three-element rosette straingages to measure uniform stresses field. IF we want to get the correct value of measurement on the nonuniform stresses field, We would have to used five-elementrosette strain gages. But the commercial rosette straingage just have threeelement only. So whether can we utilize the three-element straingages to getthe right information on the nonuniform stresses field e.g. principle, averagestress value, principle axes angle, is very important problem. In this paper, theauthor used computer to calculate the value of principle average stress andprinciple axes angle of kirsch's problem and kabiri's problem respectively. Theresults show that the error percent of principle average stress less than 2,andthe error of principle axes angle less than 1°. So we can use three- elementrosette straingages to get the right parameter value on the nonuniform stressfield. |
