中文摘要 | 本研究以國軍設有復健科的軍醫院中所有復健科醫師,治療師為對象,進行國軍復健醫療人員滿意度調查。其主要目的是欲瞭解國軍復健醫療人員的工作滿意度,期能以此做為先期研究,以利於日後調查單中復健醫療供求之現況的參考。研究採郵寄的方式,共寄出59份問卷,計回收46份有效問卷,回收率:醫師78%、治療師77%。研究結果顯示:國軍各醫院復 健科之人力,設備普遍缺乏,它也是大多數受訪者認為無須設立病床的原因。就整體而言,醫師及治療師的工作滿意度一致性很高,其中以「提供病患服務」及「同仁尊重」二項的滿意度較高(平均值>3.5)。「他科復健觀念」及「人力」二項滿意度較低(平均值約2.5)。然而以三總復健科醫師和治療師的工作滿意度相比較,則在「工作負荷」及「進修機會」兩項,治療師低於醫師。而三總治療侇的工作滿意度相比較,則前者在「工作環境」、「和他科工作」、「他科復健觀念」三項,其滿意度低於後者。 |
英文摘要 | We had mailed 59 questionnaires to the reh department of military hospitals. We received 46 effective questionnaires. The study purpose is to understand the satisfaction in military reh department’s staff in order to perform research of Need-supply in military reh departments. This study from that the manpower and facility are not enough in majority of the military reh departments. It causes most of the staff against setting up reh beds. In general there are no significant different between the military reh doctors and therapists. They are all satisfied with other’s respection (mean>3.5) but they are not satisfied with the manpower & others’ notion of rehabilitation (mean-2.5). The TSGH reh doctors have significantly higher satisfaction score than TSGH therapists in work loading and training. The TSGH therapists have significantly lower satisfaction scores than the other hospitals’ therapists in work environment, cooperation with other section and other sections’ Reh notion. |
