中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的是藉立體顯微鏡觀察流血及不流血牙齦之牙齦溝側表面的變化。牙周病患經牙周初步治療後,由22位患者獲得39對流血與不流血牙齦標本對,標本取得後立刻置於立體顯微鏡下觀察並記錄之。結果僅在部分牙齦溝側表面觀察到血管的分佈,其他病理變化並沒有發現。血管之分佈在流血牙齦標本明顯地多於不流血牙齦標本。形態上血管呈類腎絲球狀,共分為雲霧狀、環狀、網狀、柵狀四類。由於血管分佈形態之特殊發現,可能意味著流血牙齦組織之血管有功能或結構的變化,值得進一步的研究。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of present study was to observe the change of the sulcular appearance of both bleeding and non-bleeding gingivae by stereo-microscopy. A total of 39 pairs of bleeding and non-bleeding gingival biopies were obtained from 22 patients after thorough initial therapy. The sulcular surfaces of gingival biopsies had been immediately examined under stereo-microscopy as soon as the biopsies were taken. The vascular change was the only feature which was found on the sulcular surface of biopsies under stereo-microscopy. Twenty-eight biopsied case of bleeding gingivae showing visible and prominent blood vessels on the sulcular surface are much higher than those (14 cases) of non-bleeding gingivae which demonstrated similar vascular changes. The morphologic patterns of the blood vessels were somewhat glomeruloid in appearance and were classified as cloudy, ring, reticular and palisading forms. Because vascular patterns had been observed by stereo-microscopy, some functional and structural change of vessels on the sites of bleeding gingival have been assumed and needed further investigation. |
