中文摘要 | 「本研究旨在探討台北市已立案之公私立幼稚園,實施韻律教學之現況,以及幼稚園教師在韻律教學方面,遭遇到的困難及意見。並探討有關文獻及配合韻律教學寅驗研究,歸納研究結果,俾供行政單位、師資培育機構、以及未來研究者之參考。 本研究採用調查研究決為主,實驗研究為輔,以台北市已立案之公私立幼稚園園長、主任及教師共502名為抽樣調查對象,接受「北市公私立幼稚園韻律教學現況調查研究問卷」之調查。研究之內容主要包括:韻律教內容、韻律教學方法、教材編選與教學時數、幼稚園教師之韻律教學能力、韻律教學進現況及意願、韻律教學目的與目標、教學困難與建議。 本研究所搜集之資料經次數、百分比、卡方考驗、以及二因子變異數分析,獲得以下結論: l.根據問卷調查結果,目前幼稚園音樂教較偏重唱遊。韻律教學次之,且以實施模擬韻律較多,創作韻律較少。 2節奏感及動作技能訓練,為韻律教學最弱之一環,而且年齡愈大之教師愈覺其困難。 3.一般來說,幼稚園教師引起韻律創作動之方法以說故事為最多,佔調查人數的61.3%,其次為聽錄音帶,佔21.9%。 4.幼稚園教師所使用的韻律教材,大多是搜集坊間資料,少部份是自己編寫。 5.韻律教學的時數分配上,有64.6%的稚園教師平均每天寅施10~20分鐘。 6.幼稚園教師認為師院幼教師資科之課程計,足以讓學生畢業後很能勝任韻律教學的,僅佔調查人數9.2% 7.幼稚園教師認為最需加強的韻律教學能力是指導幼兒節奏感及創作韻律之教學。 8.目前幼稚園教師進修意願熱烈。希望教行政單位開設進修管道。 9.大多數的幼稚園教師能確認韻律教學之目的為抒發幼兒情緒、表達感情、促進幼兒的身心調和發展、啟發其智能。 10.各公、秋立幼稚園韻律教學教材缺乏,場地設備不足,教學不便。 11.經過教學實驗研究發現,創造性韻律能增進幼兒韻律能力,且有助於幼兒自我表達及自信心。 根據上述研究結果,本文提出以下十項建議: 1.教師實施韻律教學時應加強創作韻律之指導,教學方法亦應多加變化,以促進幼兒自由表現。發揮其創造潛能,並增進其自信心。 2.教育行政單位籌組韻律教學輔導團,輔導各行政區之公私立幼稚園。 3.加強教師研習中心的功能,定期調訓各公私立幼稚園教師,以改善韻律教學。 4.編定適合幼兒身心發展之韻律教學系列教材。 5.師院設立韻律教學資源中心,以輔助公私立幼稚園之韻律教學。 6.師院儘速開設韻律教學為必修課程,以口強幼教科學生韻律教學之素養及技巧。 7.定期舉辦韻律教學研習會或觀摩會。 8.開設進修管道,鼓勵幼稚園教師在職進 。 9.教師要有愛心與耐心,能與幼兒共享韻律之樂趣。 10.幼稚園應開闢專用韻律教室,充實場地及器材設備,以便利教學。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current situation of movement education in registered kindergartens in Taipei. This study involves teachers' teaching experiences and opinions in private and public kindergartens. A questionnaire , "A Study of Movement Education in Public and Private Kindergartens of Taipei," was designed to study the field of movement education on the kindergarten level. 502 people , including kindergarten directors , principals , and teachers completed the questionnaire. The data was analyzed using frequency analysis , chi square and two-way ANOVA tests. The results of the survey indicate that : 1.Movement education is not emphasized in kindergarten education and imitation is still the main teaching method , indicating a lack of enlightening children's creativity. 2. Teachers are not given adequate training in movement education , and as a result , they experience difficulties in class. 3.0nly 9.2% of the sample population think that there is adequate college-level curriculum available to teach creative movement. 4. Kindergarten teachers feel their greatest need is to improve their capacity to teach children's rhythmic activities and creative movement. 5. Kindergarten teachers should be encouraged to participate in training programs. 6. Most teachers understand that movement education enables children to express their feelings , to enlighten their intelligence , and to achieve body-mind coordination. 7. Both public and private kindergartens are prevented from teaching movement education because of a lack of teaching materials and ad-equate space. 8.This research discovered that creative movement education enriches children's rhythmic moving ability and helps them to express them-selves , as well as to build self-confidence. |
