中文摘要 | 本研究探討以高分子界面活性劑促進凝聚去除染料製程廢水中化學需氧量(COD)之效果。結果顯示陽離子界面活性劑對直接性黑色38號,酸性紅色114號及直接性棕色2號三種染料廢液之絮凝形成量較高,且隨著廢液pH值及界面活性劑用量之增加,絮凝形成量、溶解性COD降低量及凝聚處理之效率均隨之增加,但當pH值大於9時,溶解性COD之降低量與絮凝形成量之比值則隨之降低。 |
英文摘要 | The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of var-ious surfactants which could accelerate floc formation on the coagulation process for removing dissolved organics. The experimental results indicated that the floc-yields resulted from laurylpyridinium chloride and benzal-konium chloride for the wastes of direct black 38, acid red 114 and direct brown 2 were greater than other surfactants. The floc-yields, reduction of dissolved COD of waste and the enhanced efficiency of COD removal by coagulation process were improved by increasing pH and surfactant dosage. As the pH was greater than 9, the ratio of reduction of dissolved COD to floc-yields was gradually reduced. |
