英文摘要 | A mathematical model is proposed to treat the batch adsorption system under a combined external and intraparticle diffusion-controlled kinetics with a nonlinear adsorption isotherm. The adsorption rate of phenol on the anion exchange resins Ionac AFT 329 in a stirred vessel was studied. It was found that the intraparticle diffusion coefficients increase as the initial concentration and temperature increase, and decrease slightly as the particle size increases. The mass transfer coefficient for the external diffusion can be expressed by the proposed correlation: |
