中文摘要 | 磷酸鹽化成處理所得之皮膜構造,經掃瞄式電子顯微鏡,x光繞射分析及電子微探 儀分析,可知其外觀為片狀或棒狀,長約10μm,寬約3-5μm,皮膜最外層為Zn��(OP��)�� .4H�烙晶體構造,是皮膜主要成份,界面層含鐵元素,可能為鐵氧化物與Zn�涌e(PO��)�� .4H�烙,界面層與鐵底材附著性佳,磷酸鹽皮膜為多孔性,在有攪拌情況下,含鐵界面層 膜厚約2.5μm,磷酸鋅皮膜厚度約為3.2μm。 |
英文摘要 | The microstructure of phosphate coating was analyzed by using scanning electromicroscope, X-ray diffractometer, and electron probe microanalyzer. The shape of phosphate crystal is flake or rod with length about 10μm and width about 3-5μm. The outmost layer of phospate coating is composed of Zn��(PO��)�砥D 4H�烙. The hopeite structure is the major component of phosphate coating. The interface between hopeite and iron substrate contains iron element. The interface maybe composed of iron oxides and phosphophyllite [Zn�涌e(Po��)�砥D 4H�烙]. The adhesion between interface and substrate is very strong. The phosphate coating is porous. Under stirring reaction condition, the thickness of iron-containing interface is about 2.5μm, while that of hopeite layer is about 3.2μm. |
