中文摘要 | 本研究主要測定在溫熱環境下職業暴露於手-手臂振動的冷作工人 (主要操作氣動研磨器) 的感覺機能及神經傳導潛伏期,以評估振動對人體末梢神經機能的危害。70位冷作工人與70位對照工人分別:則是其振動覺閾值,痛覺閾值及兩點鑑別覺,並測定其右手正中及尺骨神經傳導潛伏期。結果發現振動會引起工人振動覺閾值及痛覺閾值顯著昇高,兩點鑑別覺在振動暴露工人雖較遲鈍但與對照組比較並不顯著。振動亦導致正中神經感覺纖維與尺骨神經的感覺纖維及運動纖維潛伏期的顯著延遲。此結果顯示手-手臂振動會引起感覺機能障礙及神經傳導障礙。此外本文亦討論振動引起神經傳導及感覺機能障礙的可能機轉。 |
英文摘要 | The sensory functions and the nerve conduction latencies were studied in 70 cooling-work workers and in 70 control subjects to evaluate the disturbances of the peripheral nervous function induced by hand-arm vibration. The cooling-work workers operated air grinder 2-5 hours daily for 6-40 years in warm environment. Control subjects worked in the same environment but not exposed to vibration. Sensory functions were evaluated by vibratory sense threshold, pain threshold and two-point discrimination. Nerve conduction latencies were measured on the median and the ulnar nerve of right upper extremity. The hazards of the cooling-work workers were reflected in (1) delay of proximal and distal latencies in the median and the ulnar nerve, and (2) increase of the vibratory sense threshold and pain threshold. We also discussed the possible mechanism for vibration-induced nerve conduction and sensory function disturbances. |
