中文摘要 | 目前許多在工業界廣被使用的PID控制器調諧方法(如Z-N法),是根據程序之臨界穩定資料來作設計。本文提出證據證明這類方法無法適用於所謂的“共振系統”上。對於一般“非共振系統”,本文也提出Z-N修正法,此一方法主要精神在於將程序之極位調整至遠離臨界點。本文研究結果並皆以圖形方法表示以方便使用。 |
英文摘要 | Several industrial uning methods for the PID controller such as the Ziegler-Nichols method, are based on cross-over information-ultimate gain and cross-over frequency. We show here that these methods must fail for a class of systems that we have named resonant systems. For nonresonant systems, we also propose an improvement of the empirical Ziegler-Nichols method by carrying out a rigorous expansion of the leading poles about the cross-over point. Our results are conveniently summarized in graphical form for easy application. |
