中文摘要 | 本研究採用兩大豆品種(高選8號與高選10號),及兩毛豆品種(白鶴之 子與高選1號)為供試材科。利用同位素標記及成分分析法以探討比較兩者各生 育期之同化產物生產與分配情形。試驗結果摘述如下,1.隨著生育期之增進,大 豆和毛豆之�匑均漸次由營養器官轉流到種子部位,尤以R�f期為甚。2.毛豆 種子之澱粉含量較大豆者為高。3.莢部糖分含量之變化,毛豆品種隨著生育期 增加而減少,但大豆品種則呈相反結果。至於種子糖分含量之變化,雖兩者均呈 增加之趨勢,但毛豆之增加量顯著較大豆品種為高。4.生育後期(R��)之後,毛 豆品種葉片之可溶性蛋白質含量較大豆品種為低。5.乾物重分配比率在開花期各 部位所佔比例依次為,葉>莖>根>葉柄>莢;在結莢期間為葉>莢>莖>根>葉柄>種子; 在種子成熟期為種子>莢>葉>莖>根>葉柄。 |
英文摘要 | lii order to understand the relationship between yield potential and the translocation andpartition of assimilates at various growth stages of soybean. Four varieties including two varietiesof soybean (Kaoshiung Selection No.8 and Kaosbiung Selection No.lO) and two vegetable-soybean(Beiher-chizu and Kaoshiung Selection No.l) were studied in this experimetnt. The results weresummarized as follows:1.Both Kaoshiung Selection No.8 (soybean) and Beiher-chizu (vegetable-soybean) showed �釮 translocated from vegetative organs to seed during Ry stage gradully through growing procedure. 2.Content of starch and sugar in seed of vegetable-soybean was superior to that of soybean. 3.Content of sugar in pod of vegetable-soybean decreased step by step as maturation processing, however soybean showed reverse result, it increased gradually. 4.After R5 stage, content of soluble protein in leaf blade of vegetable-soybean less than soybean. 5.Partition ratio of diy weight was different in various stage. In flowering stage, the order from large to small was leaf blade > stem > root > petiole > pod. In podding stage, leaf blade > pod > stem > root > petiole > seed. In harvesting stage, seed > pod > leaf blade > stem > root > petiole. Both soybean and vegetable-soybean had the same tendency in this experiment. |
