英文摘要 | This paper uses the techniques of BF, DF, and SADP of STEM to identify the precipitates produced in superalloy Inco-718 by aging treatment, and to identify the abnormal phases occurred in weldments after TIG welding. Via analysis with SADP and checking with formula [10, 11], it is confirmed that after aging treatment, the precipitates are r" phase [BCT-DO22 (Ni3Nb)], and after TIG welding the abnormal phases are Laves phase [HCP-C14 (Fe, Ni, Cr)2 (Nb, Mo, Ti)]. |
