英文摘要 | The non-woven cloth is initiated by plasma to make the active species on the surface and UV irradiation or by γ-ray irradiation. Then NIPAAm (N- isopropylacry lamide) can be grafted on the non-woven cloth by copolymerization successfully. It has the thermo-sensitive and hydrophilic property. The lower critical solution temperature of PNIPAAm is still retained after the grafting. This will provide the dressing material easy strip off without hurting the tissue twice. This paper describes the photo-irradiated grafting methods of wound dressing materials in our laboratory. UV irradiation and γ-ray graft can produce this new material easily. The preliminary animal test in hospital showed that it has the good efficacy. There will be more related test in our laboratory and they will be important data for the future application. |
