中文摘要 | 本文以一種半總體聚合方式,研製不同條件下所得到之聚丙烯酸鉀鹽吸水膠;探測其吸去離子水及1%食鹽水之能力,並利用SEM (scanning electromicroscope)了解吸水膠吸水前後之結構變化。此種聚合方式可瞬間且直接地得到固狀吸水膠,省去乾燥步驟之麻煩;但由於瞬間產生膠化教應,造成局部反應速率不同,以致產品之吸水能力的有現性不良,但仍有一定之規則可循。同時,以此種聚合方式,藉加入溶劑,具有疏水性懸掛基之單體及可增加離子強度之ZnCl2,探測其對吸水能力之影響。 |
英文摘要 | This article discusses the water absorbing ability of poly (potassium acrylate) hydrogels in deionized water and 1% saline. These hydrogels are produced using different conditions by half -bulk polymerization. The construction changes before and after absorbing water were observed by using SEM (scanning electronmicroscope). Dry solid hydrogels can be instantly and directly obtained by half-bulk polymerization without any further drying steps. However, the reproducibility of these hydrogels is not good. In spite of poor reproducibility, some predicted rules still exist. In addition, the influences of solvent and monomer with a pendant hydrophobic moiety and ionic strength of ZnCl2 on hydrogels are also studied by half-bulk polymerization. |
