英文摘要 | Superconductors with high transition temperature (93 K) were prepared by fine ceramicprocessing in a Y-Ba-Cu-O system sintered at 950℃. X-ray diffraction patterns exhibit no obviousdifference in the sintered powder as compared to the calcined one. The average density of the 950℃-sintered ceramic pellets was 3.70 to 3.78 g/cm . The microstructural influence on the superconducting effect was examined in detail. Both the grain boundarybetween two adjacent grains and the cavity within the grate interior are yttrium-depleted regions asconceivable from the EDAX spectra. The SEM micrographs of specimen sintered at 1000℃ show plate4ike and neelde-like CuOcrystals. There were Y-depleted precipitates on the surface of the crystals. This sample displays nosuperconductivity. |
