中文摘要 | 本文係探討箱型冷氣機之溫度及顯度控制。當室內空氣條件的要求為溫度在25℃DBT,濕度在50% RH以下時,一般商用冷氣機無法滿足要求。本文提出一種熱水再熱法,的利用冷卻水與冷凝器熱交換後排出之廢熱水,將經過冷氣機冷卻除濕後之低溫高相對濕度之出口空氣再加熟,以降低其相對濕度,而達到恆溫與恆濕之目的。控制之方式為設計一種比例式濕度感測控制器,控制由馬達所驅動之三通閥,用以調節水之旁路再熱量。由驗結果顯示,恆溫及恆濕之控制效果良好,穩定性高,並可節省能源。 |
英文摘要 | The problems of controlling temperature and humidity with airconditioners are discussed. If the room temperature is 25℃. DBT and the humidity is below 50% RH, the air-conditioners on the market are not satisfactory. A method of reheating hot water is proposed in this paper. The waste hot water discharged from the exchanger reheats the cold, humid air. The reheated air is then cooled and dehumidified by the air-conditioner. Thereafter, the relative humidity can be reduced to get a constant temperature and humidity. A proportional humidity controller is designed to regulate the water flow rate in the by-pass. The experimental data show that the temperature and humidity are under good control and a lot of energy is saved. |
