中文摘要 | 利用動物作實驗使用自行開發自製的電血栓儀,使血管在正、負單極絕緣針連續電流刺激下造成兔耳靜脉血管發生血栓的初期報告。 總共有20隻兔子,每公斤使用35mg Sodium Pentobanbital 全身麻醉下,將每隻兔耳靜脉共86條暴露出來。實驗分為五組:第一組:分別使用5V到10V電壓及2mA電流刺激30分鐘,血栓率100%,電灼傷率90%。第二組:使用5V電壓及2mA電流刺激15分鐘,血栓率100%,電灼傷率80%。第三組:使用2.5V電壓及2mA電流刺激30分鐘,血栓率94%,電灼傷率77.7%。第四組:使用2.5V電壓及2mA電流刺激15分鐘,血栓率92%,沒有電灼傷情形。第五組:供用0-1V電壓及0-2mA電流刺激30分鐘,未曾發現有血管血栓形成及組織電灼傷現象產生。 依據我們實驗結果顯示進擇2.5V電壓及2mA安全電流刺激15分鐘,就能達到血管血栓形成效果,同時未曾發生電灼傷的現象。實驗結果令人非常滿意,日後可能會應用於臨床上在一般不易使用於手術及硬化劑治療的表淺靜脉曲張患者。 |
英文摘要 | This is a preliminary animal experimental study using self-made electric thrombosis instruments. Twenty rabbits witn a toral of eighty-six ear veins were studied. A pair of insulated monopolar electrodes, an anode and cathod, were introduced into the vein of the rabbit ear. Electric current was applied to the vessels to induce thrombosis. The studies were divided into five group. Group I: 5V-10V and under 2 mA electric current stimulation for 30 minutes. Thrombosis rate: 100%, electric burn rate: 90%. Group II: 5V and 2 mA electric current stimulation for 15 minutes. Thrombosis rate: 100%, electric burn rate: 80%. Group III: 2.5V and 2 mA electric current stimulation for 30 minutes. Thrombosis rate: 94%, electric burn rate: 77.7%. Group IV: 2.5V and 2 mA electric current stimulation for 15 minutes. Thrombosis rate: 92%, no electric burn injury. Group V: 0-1V and 0-2 mA electric current stimulation for 30 minutes. No venous thrombosis or burn injury. In our study, we found that a safe direct electric current 2 mA with an intensity of 2.5V applied for 15 minutes proved to be satisfactory. Thrombosis of vessels was found by gross and microscopic examination. No soft tissue electrical burn injury was found. With these satisfactory results, electric thrombosis may be tried clinically as treatment of varicose veins of the leg in the near future. |
