中文摘要 | 本文旨在利用動機理論中的期望理論與公平理論,以分析政府機構改為民營時,法定給付對公務員接受留任措施的動機影響。研究結果認定我國法定給付公務員接受留任措施的動機正面的效果。即使考慮到投入的工作努力,資遣後非公務員身份者應較不資遣之公務員身份者為高,然其結論依然不變。 |
英文摘要 | This study, by employing Expectancy and Equity Theories, explores the motivational effects of Government Employees’ willingness to stay on their jobs when such are transformed from the government to the private sector. It focuses on the impact resulting from payment scheme regulations during reorganization, concluding that the regulations produce a positive effect on employee detainment while taking into consideration that retained employees will lose their official status, and light have to work harder in a competitive employment situation. |
