中文摘要 | 鐵-9w/o鋁-29w/o錳-lw/o碳合金於1050℃/1 hr固溶處理(so-lution treated)後,從X-ray鏡射實驗發現,沿著沃斯田鐵(200)γ繞射面出現 側波帶(sideband),與穿透式電子顯微鏡(STEM)觀察到垂直于→g(020)的方向出現波浪狀組織(modulated structures)相吻合,證實了此種合金固溶處理就沿著彈性能最低(elastically soft)之<100>方自發生相分解──即節點凝集(spinodal clustering)反應。 400℃~550℃時效,先週期交互恢復發生富碳區γc及貧碳區γo之節點分解(spinodal decomposition),然後再從富碳區γc產生序化反應(ordering reaction)始才析出k'相[L' 12- (Fe, Mn)3AICx]。隨時效時間的增長,顯示側波帶之間隔反比於波浪狀組織之波長,且高、低角倒波帶並未對稱,此種合金藉由冷軋及退火再結晶處理,可以抑制沃斯田鐵(200)γ鏡射面發生側波帶。 |
英文摘要 | After being solution treated Fe-9w/o Al-29w/o Mn-lw/o C alloy at 1050°C for 1 hour, the development of sideband in the vicinity of the (200)γaustenite is observed by X-ray diffraction, which is coincident with the presence of the typical modulated structures perpendicular to the oper-ating g(020) vector in the STEM image. It is confirmed that solution treated the alloy, the phase decomposition along the elastically soft <100> direc-tion has occurred. This reaction is called spinodal clustering. During aging at 400°C ~ 550°C, spinodal decomposition can resume first, and periodic fluctuation layers of carbon-enriched.γc and carbon-depleted γo regions continue to decompose along the <100> direction. The composition of the carbon-enriched regions reaches a critical composi-tion for ordering process, an in situ ordering reaction begins in them, and the precipitates become ordered of K'[L'12 -(Fe, Mn)3AICx] structures. With the progress of aging, showing the spacing of sidebands is inversely proportional to the wavelength of modulated structures. The high-angle sideband is always intenser. sharper than the low-angle sideband, and the asymmetric sidebands would be resulted. However, the austenite (200)γ sidebands in Fe-AI-Mn-C alloy can be suppressed by S.T., cold rolled then annealing and recrystallization process. |
