中文摘要 | 堆疊式的產品設計,在現代的商品儲運行銷系統中,常被用來減少產品體積,降低儲運成本,增加產品的競爭力。而在生活中也可解決空間短缺的問題。本文首先調查並歸納出現有堆疊產品的類型及設計。接著以容器類產品為對象探討設計上影響可堆疊性的變數。並運用三角函數來推導出計算公式,以做為設計堆疊式容器類產品的參考。最後,並舉二個實例來驗證本公式的可行性。 |
英文摘要 | The stackable product design has been used as a mean for reducing the volume of package in the modern distribution system. Besides, it is also a solution to the space-saving problem for the users in our daily life. This paper surveyed the existing stackable product designs and classified them into two categories of vessel-type and framing-type products. Then, the variables which affect the stackability of vessel-type products were discussed. Consequently, a trigonometric formula was proposed for calculating the stackability of vessel-type products. Finally, two examples were examined to prove the feasibility of the formula. |
