中文摘要 | 本文陳述以氧化碳或氫氣還原中國鋼鐵公司燒結礦之實驗結果。一氧化碳之還原反應在800℃-1,050℃之間。氫氣還原反應溫度為500℃-1,050℃。實驗結果以下面的微粒模式轉化率與時間之近似關係式 t=□[1-(1-X)□]+□[1-3(1-X)□+2(1-X)]來說明。 求得之一氧化碳反應速率常數及有效擴散係數可分別表示如下: □=exp{10.47-13,050/RT}min¯¹ □=exp{6.656-10,936/RT}cm²/min 求得之氫氣反應速率常數和有效擴散係數可分別表示如下: □=exp{14.7-20,193/RT}min¯¹ □=exp{8.42-11,463/RT}cm²/min 以微粒模式來預測燒結礦還原轉化率和時間之關係與實驗結果相差不多。 此外為了配合還原反應,我們曾以切削法對燒結礦量取孔隙率、外表面積、表體積及形狀因子,並以表面積測定儀測出未反應之礦及反應後粒子之小孔表面積大小。 |
英文摘要 | Sinters of China Steel Corporation have been reduced with carbon monoxide or hydrogen. For carbon monoxide reduction, the experiments were carried out between 800°C and 1,050°C, while for hydrogen reduction, the experiments were performed between 500°C and 1,050°C. The approximate equation of grain model t=□[1-(1-X)□]+□[1-3(1-X)□+2(1-X)] was found to be able to interpret the experimental results. The rate constant and effective diffusivity of the reduction with carbon monoxide deduced from experimental data were expressed as: κ□=exp{10.47-13,050/RT}min¯¹ D□=exp{8.42-11,463/RT}cm²/min While the rate constant and effective diffusivity of the reduction with hydrogen were found to be: κ□=exp{14.7-20,193/RT}min¯¹ D□=exp{8.42-11,463/RT}cm²/min The agreements between the prediction and measurements were found to be satisfied. The following auxiliary measurements were also made to supplement the reduction experiment: porosity, external surface area, apparent volume and shape factor of the sinter and pore surface areas of sinter before and after reduction. |
