中文摘要 | 磷酸鹽皮膜之組成與生成速率,與反應時間、氧化鋅填加量、處理液酸鹼度及反應溫度有關,欲維持磷酸鋅皮膜之迅速成長,氧化鋅之填加量應不得低於每公升20克,酸鹼值應介於2.2與2.5之間,反應溫度為88 ± 1 ℃。反應初期磷酸鹽成長速率與氧化鋅量呈一次級數關係,然後逐漸趨近三次級數關係;在酸鹼值大於2.5後,成長速率漸緩慢而達飽和值;速率與溫度為指數變化關係。 |
英文摘要 | The composition and rate of phosphate conversion coating are closely related to the reaction time, addition amount of ZnO, pH value and reaction temperatare. For an optimal condition of phosphating, ZnO amount should be higher than 20g/l, pH value is between 2.2 and 2.5 ,reaction temperatare is 88 ± 1℃. At initial stage, phoshpating rate is the first order with respect to ZnO concentration, then gradually changes to the third order. As pH value greater than 2.5, the phosphating rate reaches a maximum steady value. The rate is changing exponentially with reaction temperature. |
