中文摘要 | 青春痘是一種毛囊炎,發生於青春期或年輕的男女,好發在臉部和前胸或後背的上半部。本案對象為77年次男性,有青春痘(粉刺)的困擾。曾求助皮膚科醫師治療,效果並不顯著。由個案身體系統檢視及個案身體系統問題整合評估後,針對本件個案的療程規劃,主要以三方面為主軸:(1)針對臉部油性肌膚設計的調理配方10%:德國洋甘菊(Matricaria recutita)5滴、廣藿香(Pogostemon cablin)3滴、茶樹(Melaleuca alternifolia)3滴、茉莉(Jasminum sambac)3滴、薰衣草(Lavandula angustifolia)3滴、波旁天竺葵(Pelarpogonium X asperum)3滴,以10%的劑量,調入甜杏仁油(Sweet almond oil)10ml中,再裝入滾珠瓶中,方便患者使用,每天塗抹2次。(2)心理壓力紓解。(3)生活作息管理。臨床結果發現:患者治療五週後之臉部,由照片可明顯發現青春痘有顯著改善,並且有明顯消炎、結疤及脫皮現象,而且有淡疤的效果。患者心情明顯變好,此調理配方,患者塗抹在皮膚癢、蚊蟲咬傷處也很有效。對於此個案,我仍建議應繼續塗抹精油,直至症狀消失為止。居家建議,應避免經常性熬夜,多吃蔬果,多喝水,少吃刺激性或油炸食物。同時,針對舒緩心情及幫助睡眠之情況也設計精油配方,可用Citrus bigarade、Lavandula angustifolia、Citlus aurantium var. amara共4-6滴,給予平日睡前須薰香。 |
英文摘要 | Acne, a kind of folliculitis that frequently occurs in adolescence, commonly affects the face, chest, and upper back. The subject in this case study is a male born in 1988 who has acne. The subject has consulted a dermatologist, but seen no significant improvement. After examining the patient's body system and evaluating potential problems, we proposed three main treatment strategies: 1) 10% conditioning formula for oily skin: Matricaria recutita essential oil 5 drops, Pogostemon cablin essential oil 3 drops, Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil 3 drops, Jasminum sambac essential oil 3 drops, Lavandula angustifolia essential oil 3 drops, and Pelarpogonium X asperum essential oil 3 drops. These oils were blended into 10-ml sweet almond oil and poured in a ball-bearing bottle for easy application; 2) Mental pressure relief; 3) Lifestyle management. Clinical results showed that after 5 weeks of treatment, the subject's face acne was significantly reduced compared with a photo taken prior to treatment, and there were significant effects of inflammation reduction, scab forming, peeling, and even scar reduction. The patient's mood also became better. The patient reported that this conditioning formula also worked well on itchy skin and insect bites. I still recommend that the patient continue to apply the essential oil until the symptoms disappeared. Daily life recommendations: avoid frequently staying up late; eat more vegetables and fruit; drink more water; and consume less rajasic or fried food. In addition, we prepared an essential oil formula to relax mood and improve sleep: 4-6 drops of Citrus bigarade, Lavandula angustifolia and Citrus aurantium var. amara for fragrance at bedtime. |
