中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的是為了要了解運動參與行為和不同類型的運動在體適能的表現上是否有關聯性,而其中之差異為何。以崑山科技大學九十一學年度一年級新生以隨機抽樣10 個班級共464 人(男241,女223)為研究對象。所得資料以Spss10.0 版套裝軟體進行統計,將以描述性統計分析表示出各指標的組間差異以獨立樣本T 檢定、卡方獨立性檢定、單因子變異數分析進行統計分析。獲得以下三點結論: (一)本校一年級男、女學生之體過能和全國同年齡之體適能常模相較之下,均較為差,尤其又以1600/800 公尺跑走項目上差距最大。 (二)本校一年級男、女學生在運動行為主的差異無論是在每週運動次數、每次運動持續時間、每次運動後疲勞的程度,均為男學生顯著高於女學生,而在運動的類型上男學生較喜歡球類運動,女學生則較喜歡有氧類及休閒類運動。 (三)本校一年組男學生參與球類運動的體適能表現,在立定跳遠及1600 公尺跑走這兩個項目有優於其它類型運動的現象。另外在本校一年級女學生在參與運動類型的體適能表現上差異,則是球類運動參與者的身體質量指數高於休閒類運動參與者的身體質量指數,而在800 公尺跑走上則是有氧顛運動優於球類運動的參與者。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to realize the relationship between exercise behavior and the performance of different exercise types on physical fitness, and their differences. Four hundred and sixty four randomly-selected freshmen of 2002 from 10 classes at Kun-Shan University of Technology were included in this study, 241 of whom were male, and the rest were female. The collected data were statistically analyzed using T-test, Chi-square test, and One-way ANOVA with SPSS 10.0 Edition software to indicate each index's difference between groups. We obtain conclusions as follows: 1. The physical fitness of the school's freshmen compares unfavorably with that of those at the same age, especially for 1600/800~meter run and walk. 2. Regarding the differences of the freshmen's exercise behavior, males have a significantly higher level than females on weekly exercise frequency, exercise duration for each time, and fatigue level after each exercise. In terms of exercise type, males prefer ball sports, while females prefer aerobics and leisure exercises. 3. Male freshmen of the school participating in ball sports have better fitness performance on standing broad jump and 1600-meter run and walk than those in other exercise types. In addition, regarding the fitness performance of the female freshmen on exercise type, ball sports participants have higher Body Mass Index (BMI) than leisure exercise participants, while aerobics participants have better performance on 800-meter run and walk than ball sports participants. |
