中文摘要 | 本研究為探究多年來在花蓮地區,所發生不詳原因之水稻病症,進行水稻及土壤分析,盆栽及田間試驗所得結果如下: (一)一般在罹病水稻鋅含量平均為18ppm,而正常水稻平均為48ppm。 (二)罹病水田之土壤pH為7.2至8.2,0.1 N-HCl 抽出之土壤鋅含量為2ppm以下鈣含量為0.4%以上。 (三)盆栽試驗結果顯示鋅施用可矯治其病症,而纖維素粉施用會使病症更加嚴重,但再配合鋅施用時可恢復生長增加稻谷產量。 (四)田間試驗結果,顯示鋅施用能減輕病症,增加稻谷產量。石灰之施用將加重病症,而產量顯著的減少,但石灰再配合鋅施用可恢復產量。鋅材料,?硫酸鋅,氧化鋅,FTE (Zn 15%)之施用均有效果,在第二期作如不再施用鋅材料時亦能呈現殘效。 (五)以上所得結果證實鋅欠乏,為花蓮水稻病症之原因之一。 |
英文摘要 | This study was carried out with soil and plant analyses as well as pot and field experiments in order to clarify the causes of disorder of rice in Hualien calcareous soil where the plant disorder of unknown causes has been occurred frewquently for a long time. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The average zinc content of affected plants was 18 ppm Zn and that of normal plants was 48 ppm Zn. 2. The soils collected from affected area showed that soil pH was 7.2 to 8.2, 0.1 N-HCl extractable zinc content was below 2 ppm and 0.1 N-HCl extractable calcium content was over 0.4%. 3. The result of pot experiment indicated that zinc application corrected the disorder symptom, and cellulose powder applicaiton aggravated the disorder and retarded the growth. However, when zinc was applied in addition to cellulose powder, the plant growth was recovered considerably. 4. The result of field experiments indicated that zinc can corrected the disorder and increased the yield. Lime application aggravated the disorder and decreased the yield remarkably. However, zinc application in addition to lime increased the yield. Application of zinc materials, such as zinc sulfate, zinc oxide and FTE (15% Zn), were effective to plant growth and yield. Residual effects of those materials were also observed when they were not applied in the second crop. 5. The combined information from the results obtained strongly suggests that zinc deficiency is one of causes of the plant disorders that is prevalent in Hualien paddy fields. |
