中文摘要 | 近年來,社會對高等教育賦予更多的責任與期望,在人才培育上除了傳統的專業知識及技能傳授,還有軟技能、跨域思考、國際觀等能力,以培育對社會有貢獻的領導人才。臺灣商管學院需要積極尋求教育創新,並做必要的轉型。本研究旨在分析世界各國商管教育創新的模式與做法,以幫助教育界了解國際及國內教育創新的發展與趨勢。資料收集包括國際商學院促進協會(Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business,簡稱AACSB)會員學校的創新案例、和國內商管教育界的創新案例。第一部分透過內容分析法,將國際創新案例分類、彙整各類創新的作法與影響力,並挑選23個典範案例做簡要描述。第二部分透過專家會議收集國內商管教育創新的案例,參與者包括教育部教學實踐計畫商管學門召集人、臺灣商管學院主管與學者等。本研究將商管教育創新作法歸納為四大類:聯課活動、經驗學習、線上學習、與跨國合作辦學。其中,經驗學習、聯課活動的案例最多,而線上學習創新開始增加。商管教育創新趨勢包括早期的課程設計與教學法、跨領域學習、經驗學習,以及近期的與企業及外部機構的合作、強調社會影響力。本研究提供了國內外商管教育創新策略與具體作法的整理和分析,可供國內教育界制定未來策略的參考。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, more responsibilities and expectations have been imposed on experts in higher education. In addition to helping students learn professional knowledge and skills, universities are expected to develop students' cross-disciplinary thinking, international mindset, and other competencies in the hopes of preparing students, so that they will make contributions to society in the future. As a result, Taiwan's business schools must engage in education innovation and transform when necessary. The main goal of this study was to compile useful information for business educators to understand the strategies and developments in business innovation through the analysis of a large number of international and domestic cases. International cases were sourced from the AACSB database submitted by AACSB members. These cases are categorized into four areas: co-curricular activities, experiential learning, online learning, and cross-border education. Briefly, we report 23 representative cases and their impacts in each area. For domestic cases, we utilized the focus group approach to gather information. Participants included the project leader of the Ministry of Education's Teaching Practice Program Business Administration, Deans, and scholars from Taiwan business schools. Based on the data collected, we observed the trend of business education innovation over time. The early education innovation focused mainly on curriculum and teaching methods, and interdisciplinary learning. We also found an approach of creating a learning environment where students could connect with the industry or community. Recently, more attention has been given to the cooperation between higher education institutions and the outside world, and to emphasize social impacts, such as the establishment of entrepreneurial bases, the implementation of USR programs, and the integration of curriculum design with the spirit of SDGs. This study provides a compilation and analysis of innovative strategies and specific approaches in business education both domestically and internationally, serving as a reference for domestic educators in formulating future strategies. |
