中文摘要 | 研究目的:本研究整合過去學者所提的憂鬱性格理論與認知憂鬱理論 建立出一個憂鬱整合模式,藉由分析此模式,探討社會依賴性格、人際型事 件、負向認知三元素以及憂鬱症狀之間的關係。在此整合模式中社會依賴性 格被視為調節因子或深層脆弱因子,負向認知三元素被視為中介因子或表面 因子。 研究方法:本研究採用縱貫式設計,受試者來自台灣北部一所大學之學 生,在給予知情同意書後,224 學生於間隔六個月期間完成了一系列問卷, 包括大學生生活事件問卷、個人風格問卷、認知三元素量表、第二版 Beck 憂鬱量表。在統計分析上,本研究使用 AMOS 4.0 版結構方程模式統計技術 來檢驗假設模式。 研究結果:統計分析指出,社會依賴性格與負向人際事件的交互作用在 六個月後的負向認知三元素與憂鬱症狀上均無顯著效果,社會依賴性格與負 向人際事件對六個月後憂鬱症狀有主要效果。此外,負向認知三元素在憂鬱 症狀的發展上並非扮演中介因子的角色,其為初始憂鬱症狀的一種負向認知 產物,其亦會影響隨後憂鬱症狀。 結論:本研究結果指出在一般大學學生上,社會依賴性格為憂鬱症狀 的前置因子,但並非一種深層脆弱素質,認知三元素與憂鬱症狀可能存在互 為因果關係。本研究發現在理論上有助於澄清大學生憂鬱症狀的心理病理 機制,本研究對學校輔導實務的意義與未來相關研究的建議在文中一併被討 論。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: This study integrated the personality theory and cognitive theory of depression to establish an integrated models depression, thereby analyzing the relationships of sociotropy, interpersonal events, the negative cognitive triad with depressive symptoms in university students enrolled in academic program. In the integrated models, sociotropy is regarded as a moderator or deep level factor; on the other hand, the negative cognitive triad is regarded as a mediator or surface level factor. Methods: Longitudinal design was used in the study. The participants were students recruited from the academic program in a university in North Taiwan. After giving informed consent, 224 students completed a series of measures, separated by a sixmonth interval, including the Life Events Inventory for University Students, the Personal Style Inventory, the Cognitive Triad Inventory and the Beck Depression Inventory-II. In statistical methods, structural equation modeling implemented in AMOS 4.0 was used to test the integrated models. Results: Statistical analyses showed that the interaction of sociotropy with negative interpersonal events did not exert significant effects on the negative cognitive triad and depressive symptoms assessed six-month later. Both the negative cognitive triad and negative interpersonal events had main effects on depressive symptoms assessed six-month later. In addition, the negative cognitive triad did not play a mediating role in the development of depression. The triad was the products of initial depression, and the triad affected subsequent depressive symptoms. Conclusion: The results showed that sociotropy was a predictor but not a deep level vulnerable diathesis of depressive symptoms. There may be reciprocal influences between the triad and depression. The practical implications for school intervention and the suggestion for future research are discussed. |
