中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為調查三輪班制工作者,在三個不同班別工作時,與其視環境、工作壓力及幸福感受之關聯性。縱觀目前國內紡織產業現場生產作業模式中,大部分都是24小時不間斷運轉,藉以增加公司獲利能力,故本研究以北部某大紡織廠鍋爐廠房為例,其職員均需配合三輪班制輪班作業,確保鍋爐全天後持續生產;長期工作下來,對於身心狀況會產生不同程度之影響,所以本研究藉由實際量測其現場工作視環境條件,及利用問卷調查的手法,收集三輪班條件下之工作壓力與幸福感的數據,找出其關聯性。根據本研究調查結果顯示,三輪班制度下,工作者對於幸福感及視覺感受滿意度結果為夜班>中班>早班,而工作壓力與視覺感受(分數高為偏向反向形容)則是早班>中班>夜班,同時也發現在同一班別條件下,視覺感受滿意度與幸福感受呈現正相關、與工作壓力呈現負相關(中班除外)。由此可知,對於三輪班工作者而言,幸福感受及工作壓力高低是會隨著班別及各工作區域視環境條件不同,而有顯著的影響,希望本研究對未來新建或擴廠時,針對工作者規劃鍋爐廠房工作區域視覺環境條件時有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | This dissertation aims to understand the relevance between different work shifts and happiness, the relevance between different visual environment and happiness, and the relevance between different working stresses and happiness. The current domestic textile industry's production model is based on 24 hours non-stop production in order to strengthen companies' profitability. This study is taking an example of one large scale textile plant which equipped with boiler in northern Taiwan. The employees of the plant need to work on shifts in order to make sure the boiler is on-duty 24 hours a day. The study assumes the 24 hours non-stop working condition may results negative influences to employees’ health and mental status. However, there will not have many studies on this topic. Therefore, the study will measure the visual environment conditions in actual working environment, and will use questionnaire for a quantitive study. According to the result of the study, employees' happiness and visual satisfaction is scaled as below. Night shift > middle shift > early shift. And the working stress to visual feelings is scaled as below. Early shift > middle shift > night shift. The study therefore may come to a conclusion that the employees work in night shift is having higher happiness and less-stressed compared to another two shifts. In contrary, employees work in early shift is having less happiness and higher stresses. Meanwhile, the study also discovers that visual satisfaction and happiness is having positive correlation, and having negative correlation to working stress. To sum up, the study may come to a final conclusion that, for employees work in different shifts, their happiness felling, working stress may differ due to different condition of work shifts and visual environment. |
