中文摘要 | 口腔健康是影響長者健康重要因素,本研究運用代間學習結合健康促進學校與社區 聯盟,發展以青少年、銀髮族及兒童之「青銀童」口腔保健之服務學習策略,依 Fertman 所提之服務學習四階段實施,並採行動研究法進行探究成效。研究對象為南投縣某行政 區青少年及兒童 9 名及樂齡者 31 名。研究結果發現,提升學生對年長身體退化及保健 的認識,增進老化知識,也會促進學生對年長者的服務意願;在學習活動過程年長者獲得 口腔保健知能,透過與青少年及兒童的愉快互動,使學習更開心有趣促進學習效果,適 用於青銀代間學習。本研究可提供未來代間學習在口腔保健之教學及推動校園與社區合 作參考,提升長輩口腔機能。 |
英文摘要 | Oral health is an important factor affecting elderly health.This study utilizes intergenerational learning to facter community alliances in health-promoting schools and establish a service-learning strategy for oral healthcare among adolescents, older adults, and children, referred to "Youth-Senior-Child." In this study, the action research method. The study involves nine students and 31 older adults from a specific administrative district in Nantou County. It follows the four stages of service learning proposed by Fertman. The results of the study reveal an increase in students' oral awareness of aging-related physical changes and healthcare, and enhanced willingness to provide services to older adults. During learning activities, older adults acquire oral healthcare knowledge and enjoy interactive experiences with adolescents and children, that make learning more joyful and effective. This research can serve as a reference for future intergenerational learning in oral healthcare education and for promoting collaboration between schools and communities to enhance the oral health of seniors, particularly within the context of intergenerational co-learning. |
