中文摘要 | 2019 年冠狀病毒疫情突如其來的暴發,於 2020 年迅速擴展至世界多國,逐漸演變成一場全球性的傳染疾病。截至 2023 年 3 月,全球已累計報告逾 6.76 億例確診病例,其中逾 688 萬人死亡,病死率約為 2.09%,是人類歷 史上大規模流行病之一.在現今全球已經緩慢的恢復到疫情前的生活時,就由醫策會品管圈的活動來探討如何利 用剔除、合併、重排、簡化(Elimination, Combination, Rearrangement and Simplification , ECRS)方法縮短特殊傳染 性肺炎病人電腦斷層檢查過程的時間,如未來再次遇到全球性傳染疾病爆發時,可以使病人獲得更快速的檢查,以提升醫療服務的品質。 |
英文摘要 | The sudden outbreak of the 2019 coronavirus disease spread rapidly too many countries in the world in 2020, and gradually evolved into a global infectious disease. As of March 2023, more than 676 million estimated cases have been reported worldwide, of which more than 6.88 million people have died. The case fatality rate is about 2.09%. It is one of the large-scale epidemics in human history. When the world has slowly returned to the life before the epidemic, the activities of the Quality Control Circle of Joint Commission of Taiwan will explore how to use Elimination, Combination, Rearrangement and Simplification (ECRS) methods to shorten special the computerized tomography examination process time for infectious pneumonia patients will enable patients to obtain faster examinations to improve the quality of medical services when we encounter a global infectious disease outbreak again in the future. |
