中文摘要 | 水域救生志工是一項重技術與高風險的工作,近年意願投入者大量縮減。本研究旨在建構志工參與公共服務行為模式,藉以瞭解潛在因果關係,並作為未來組織管理與人才招募參考。從2014年1至3月採便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查。計發放384份,實得有效278份問卷。並以SPSS 20.0進行統計分析與檢定,探討人口統計變數分布情形,利用LISREL 8.52進行驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式(SEM)實證研究。結果得知志工參與動機顯著直接影響工作滿意度,顯著間接影響忠誠度;參與涉入顯著直接影響工作滿意度,顯著間接影響忠誠度;工作滿意度顯著直接影響忠誠度。因此,提高志工工作滿意度是支撐持續參與的動力來源,而透過組職學習成長獲得新知為主要目的。 |
英文摘要 | Life-saving volunteers in the water area are a heavy technical and high-risk work. In recent years, there has been a drastic reduction in the number of potential investors. The purpose of this study is to construct volunteer participation in public service behavior patterns so as to understand the potential causal relationship and serve as a reference for future organizational management and recruitment. From January to March 2014, a convenience sampling was conducted to conduct a questionnaire survey. In total, 384 copies were issued, resulting in 278 valid questionnaires. SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis and verification. The distribution of demographic variables was explored. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) were conducted using LISREL 8.52. The results showed that the motivation of volunteer participation had a direct and direct impact on job satisfaction, and had a significant indirect impact on loyalty. Participation involved a significant direct impact on job satisfaction, a significant and indirect impact on loyalty; job satisfaction significantly and directly affected loyalty. Therefore, improving volunteer job satisfaction is the driving force for sustained participation and the main objective of gaining new knowledge through group job growth learning. |
