| 英文摘要 | Living donor kidney transplantation is the best treatment option for people with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). It offers them a chance to live without relying on dialysis. For these patients and their families, the transplant represents hope for a healthier life. However, the process is complex and involves many steps, such as medical testing, ethical reviews, emotional support, and good communication with the family. To make this possible, a team of healthcare professionals from different fields must work closely together. Nurses play a key role in coordinating this process. Those with training and experience in transplant care help organize the steps needed for a successful transplant. They also act as a bridge between patients, families, and doctors. By helping everyone understand each other and stay connected, nurses build trust and strong relationships. This helps ensure that both the donor and the recipient receive complete and supportive care. This article explains how important nursing coordination is in living donor kidney transplantation. It shows how nurses help make the transplant process smoother and more successful, and offers guidance for other nurses working in this field. |
