中文摘要 | 髕骨股骨疼痛症候群是膝關節最常見的傷害之一,泛指所有膝關節前側及周圍的疼痛,占所有膝關節運動傷害的25-40%。形成原因包括先天結構不良、軟組織失衡或過度使用…等因素,造成髕骨滑動軌跡異常、髕骨股骨關節面壓力增加、產生疼痛以及影響日常生活或運動表現,嚴重導致退化性關節炎。股骨肌是維持髕骨動態穩定功能的重要肌群,而股內斜肌與股外側肌最容易被討論到,若股內斜肌神經肌肉功能不良容易造成活化時間點延後或活化量低,進而影響髕骨滑動軌跡,增加造成髕骨股骨疼痛症候群發生的可能性。本篇文章透過文獻整合方式,探討股骨肌與髕骨股骨疼痛症候群的關係,統整出針對不同族群之股內斜肌訓練方式,期望能提供物理治療師及運動防護員臨床上的應用。 |
英文摘要 | Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) is one of most common injuries on knee, it widely defined that all pains are from anterior or around knee joints. The incidence rate of PFPS occupied 25% to 40% in all sport injuries of knee. There are many factors such as innate structural malalignment, soft tissues imbalance or overuse so that patellar maltracking and the pressure of patellofemoral joint is increased, then causes pain and influences daily life or sport performance. Finally, it can lead to degenerative arthritis. Vastus muscles are important muscles for maintaining the dynamic stability of patellar. However, the Vasti muscles are easiest to discuss in prevention PFPS include vastus medialis oblique (VMO) and vastus lateralis (VL). While neuromuscular control of VMO are poor, the activity timing of VMO is delayed or lower activity level, the patellar tracking is produced during exercise, and raise the risk of PFPS. The literature through analyze past studies to discuss the relationship between Vastus muscles and PFPS, and integrate different VMO training. Hope to provide physical therapists and athletic trainers more applications in clinical exercise treatments. |
