| 中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在瞭解目前復健科物理治療部門的治療儀器使用狀況,採 問卷調查方式,調查有關治療儀器之設備,使用情況,與他們對儀器治療方面的 意見。問卷調查對象為臺灣省27家各縣市各類型醫院復健部門的醫師與物理治療 師。 於本研究中,物理治療設備分成三大類:(一)熱療儀器(二)電療儀器(三)運動治療 輔助器。每大類各含五個單項治療儀器。就各單項,以問卷方式分別調查:(一) 設備之有無(二)填購之需要(三)使用情況(四)病人滿意度(五)醫療人員的意見(六) 病人居家使用治療儀器之狀況。 調查結果顯示:短波,干擾波,牽引是目前調查醫院物理治療部門使用最多的治 療儀器,原因為:此是某些分類病患的適應症,且此類病患的數目最多。另外, 利用率低的治療儀器有:微波、功能性電刺激與肌電迴饋器。微波使用率低的原 因為有其他種機器可以代替,而功能性電刺激與肌電迴饋器則是由於治療效果不 好,與操作使用上的不方便。 本研究並無包括所有的物理治療儀器,如熱敷,臘療等需要較簡單設備,但使用 卻十分普偏的治療,而一些最近才被採用,但尚不普及的治療儀器如低能雷射, 與微電流治療亦不在本研究的項目,尚須經過一些時日,才能考驗其使用率。(中 華物療誌1995:20(2):140-153) |
| 英文摘要 | This is a survey about modality utilizationin physical therapy. And is based on a ques-tionnaire answered by 47 doctors and 134 physi-cal therapists in 27 hospitals in the Taiwan area. Fifteen kinds of modalities used in the de-partment of physical theraphy were included inthis survey. According to their physical prin-ciples, they were divided into three major cat-egories, and there were 5 items for each cat-egory: (A) thermal agents: short wave, micro-wave, ultrasound, whirlpool, infrared. (B) elec-trical therapies: (527, interference, TENS, func-tional electrical stimulation, EMG biofeedback.(C) exercise machines: isokinetic exercise ma-chine, bicycle, treadmill, resistive exercise ma-chine, N-K table. Questions listed in the ques-tionnaires included: professional background,facility, equipment, status of modality utiliza-tion, patient's satisfaction and professional sug-gestion. The results of this survey showed that shortwave, interference and traction were the modalities most frequently been used in physicaltherapy department. The medical indications, andthe numbers of patient who need the therapiesmay explain these results. However, there werealso some modalities that were rarely been used,such as microwave, functional electrical stimulation and EMG biofeedback. Modalities substitution for microwave, the unsatisfactory therapeutic effects of EMG biofeedback and the problems in application of functional electrical stimulation were the underlying causes. However, some simple modalities such ashot pack and paraffin, or, certain new productssuch as low energy laser and micro currents werenot investigated. (JPTA ROC 1995;20(2):140-153) |
