中文摘要 | 本研究以台灣地區五星級旅館員工為研究對象,探討五星級旅館之休閒參與、幸福 戚與績效表現之關聯性。本研究問卷經實務業界的深度訪談與文獻之現成量表修改而 成,採便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,受測對象為五星級旅館各部門工作滿六個月以上之 正式員工。共計發出員工問卷550 份,回收有效問卷為461 份,有效回收率為83.8% ; 發出主管問卷110 份,回收有效問卷為96 份,有效問卷回收率為87.3% 0 研究結果顯 示:休閒參與(動態參與及靜態參與)與幸福戚、名責效表現均存在顯著的正向影響;幸福 戚與績效表現存在顯著的正向影響,而幸福戚不會對休閒參與、靜態參與與績效表現之 間產生中介效果,但幸福戚會對動態參與與領效表現之間產生中介效果。 |
英文摘要 | This research aimed to explore the relationship among perceived leisure participation (dynamic participation and static participation), well-being and work performances of five-star hotel employees in Taiwan. Questionnaire was developed with the references of in-depth industry interviews and related literatures. Survey was carried out applying convenience sampling for data collecting. Sample population of this research was employees who have worked in each department of the international tourist hotels in Taiwan for at least 6 months. Five hundred and fifty questionnaires were distributed and 461 valid questionnaires were returned with a response rate of 83.8%. Among them, 110 questionnaires were distributed to mangers and 96 valid questionnaires were returned with a response rate of 87.3%. Results indicated that leisure participation (dynamic participation and static participation) showed positive impact on well-being and work performances, well-being demonstrated positive impact on work performances, and well-being showed no mediation effect on the relationship among leisure participation, static participation and work performance. However, well-being displayed mediation effect on the relationship between dynamic participation and work performances. |
